HBR high shear homogenization emulsifier is a device that performs high shear homogenization emulsification inside areactor or container.The rotating stator is designed as a claw type coupling structure, where materials are sucked in from both the upper and lower parts of the main engine and thrown out by centrifugation in all directions.The shear homogenization efficiency is doubled,avoiding the problem of dead corners in the upper part of the reactor.This productis widely used for homogenization,refinement,and emulsification inside various large and small reaction reactors and containers.lt is also suitable for mobile lifting.
