THB series cam type double rotor pump is a multi-purpose bidirectional positive displacement pump developed by our company through years of research and development combined with advanced domestic and foreign technologies. This product achieves the purpose of conveying fluids by utilizing the periodic conversion of multiple fixed volume conveying unitsin the working chamber.
The mechanical energy of the prime mover is directly converted into the pressure energy of the conveying fluid by the pump, and the flow rate of the pump depends only on the change value of the working chamber volume and its change frequency in the unit time, and (theoretically) has nothing to do with the discharge pressure. The rotor pump relies on two synchronous reverse rotation of the rotor (the number of rotor blades is 2-8) to produce suction (straight void) at the feed port during the rotation process, the two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small Spaces, and rotate inthe opposite direction under the drive of the drive shaft, the medium is transported to the discharge port, resulting in a higher discharge pressure, so reciprocating cycle, Especially suitable for medium and high viscosity medium transportation.
